Bradenton, FL asked in DUI / DWI for Florida

Q: Will I be able to sue the state of Florida DMV for the unjustly reprimand of fines, fees, insur.,and time length

The fines, fees, cost and years of high risk insur. and interlock device along with the costs and length of time missing work due to the mandatory programs they require have left me in the poverty category level! I can't even afford a place to live or even buy a car to live in for a while.!! It's just one big circle of pay him ,then him, now him and after him you can't have your license back until you pay him! What can I do and do you know of anyone that would do this pro bono?

A: You will not be able to sue the state of Florida DMV on the facts you have given here, and I do not believe that you will find an attorney who would take a case like that on a pro bono basis.
