Q: Case against hospital
Our father was a victim of negligence northwest community hospi5al. Lawyers worked pro Bono. Jury was paid off. Our mother of 3 took it to court. She didn't want to reopen the case because either was too tramatic. She actually passed away on 2012. She wouldn't go to a doc after what happened to our dad. Are we the kids now adults able to reopen against the hospital? Or open a new case
