Jersey City, NJ asked in Collections for New Jersey

Q: My credit union in Wisconsin went into my business account and took all the money from my savings and checking account

So my credit union in Wisconsin went into my business account and took all the money from my savings and checking for a debt on my personal account which they charged off over 5 years ago. I had spoken to an attendant at the bank a few days ago about changing my address on my debit card and he tricked me by asking if I will prefer a personal account instead of using the business account of which I answered yes. He then asked me if the business was running and I said no. Instead he turned around and passed my information to the collections of the bank who used it against me. What can I do?

A: You need to retain an attorney and provide the attorney with all the documentation you have to substantiate your allegations. Good luck.
