Q: do you think I have a case to sue him?
Hello,
I was wanting to know if I'm able sue to my orthodontist. Three years ago I finished my orthodontic treatment and I have now been told by several orthodontist that I need to get retreated. I went to see the orthodontist because I noticed my back teeth were moving and I'm in pain. The Orthadontised that checked me was a little shocked to see that my doctor never included my second molars in the retainer because he neglected to evaluate my retainer properly that his assistant made I have to get retreated for another two years. If he had done his job and made sure my retainer was right I would not have to get retreated. So do you think I have a case to sue him?
