Q: I got charged with a class one misdemeanor domestic violence for interfering with judicial proceedings, do I still have

gun rights? If not how long until I get them reinstated?

A: Did you get convicted? If not, you still have the right to keep and bear arms, unless restricted by the terms of your release (assuming you were released on bail or something like that. Obviously if you are incarcerated you cannot possess a weapon there).

If you were convicted, that conviction wouldn't affect your gun rights under federal law (because it's a misdemeanor, not a felony. State law appears to be in line with that, so you are fine.
