Q: Notice of time share and child support modification? what to do?
hello I received a notice today that my sons father is requesting 182 hours of time and child support modification due to this. the first time we had court which it was me filling to set up child support he did not present his 1099 as sworn in court that he did not get one which he does plus he said that the fuel wasn't deducted already out of his paycheck which it is can I respond to this notice and include this information? how can I convince the judge to contact his employer or IRS? And could he go to jail for perjury? he lied in court and sworn. I am not able to get a copy of his 1099.
