Q: When a city annexes property into the city, what does all abutting right-of-way mean in terms of police jurisdiction?
Does this mean the city's police have jurisdiction over the roadway abutting the property in question? The full roadway across to the other side of the street, or just half? What if the property on the other side is a different city?
