Q: Settled a personal injury claim in Montgomery Alabama and turned all the paperwork in. It has been 5 months no funds.
The attorneys will not answer my questions when I ask how long the manufacturer was given to disperse funds only tell me that they have clients that settled over a year ago and they are still waiting on their checks. I want to know if there are any Alabama laws regarding issuing settlement funds because I live in Michigan.
