Q: Can I be charged for forgery if no intent or knowledge of bad check
4 months ago I received a check that was from closed account that I knew nothing of considering the bank cleared the check well last night I was arrested for an all points bulletin posted on me for forgery that I knew nothing of only signature of mine on check is signing back to deposit it there was no intent to harm or fraud is there enough evidence to charge me? I feel its more of the bank fault because they let it go through
