Show cause usually refers the the court needing to know why something has not been done and why the person should not be held in contempt of court. Yes, you must appear.

Q: Is it legal for the cemetary in Lincoln Nebraska to bury someone on top of another grave?

I had not been to my parents grave in sometime but discovered recently that someone had been buried on top of my parents I cannot understand how this is possible
