Q: Is it legally feasible if we will create a mobile app that handles the entire process of a case?
I want to know if it's legal. We'll be developing a mobile app and we'll be the middle man. We will process payments and payouts and will only charge a small percentage of professional fees. Is it legal? Basically there are three parties. We, the client lawyer, and the person who needs lawyer. We'll not be the one who will handle the case. It is still the licensed lawyers. We're just a platform. We just want to reduce their overheads. Something like that.
