Perrysburg, OH asked in Animal / Dog Law for Ohio

Q: Can a place of business where products are produced to be ingested, have a high shedding dog on the premises?

The place of business is putting together items that are to be ingested by mouth. There is a high shedding dog on the premises and there is always fur everywhere. My concern is about people getting an allergic reaction due to the dog fur dander. Is there any laws that could prevent this from happening.

A: Contact the health department? What you mean is that this is a restaurant, right? Are they properly licensed?
