Q: I adopted a dog from a Rescue who knowingly failed to disclose his massive dental damage and neglected to get him help!
We just spent $3500 to have dental surgery on our adopted dog because he was in severe pain! A veterinarian in OH even made mention he had one chipped tooth, but he was MISSING MANY!!!! How can a vet miss that and deemed him healthy??
