Q: My 8 year old grandson traded an electronic toy with a friend without permission when told to get his toy back the other

Child refused to return my grandson's toy. The other child's mother is not being helpful. Is there anything I can legally do to get my grandson's toy back

A: Instruct the grandson as to why we do not give our toys away or trade them. What is it that you are thinking you can do legally? File a lawsuit? That would most likely cost more than to go buy another toy.
