Georgetown, TX asked in Workers' Compensation for Texas

Q: I work for WalMart, and in May I was given conflicting instructions as to where to work. When I questioned the instruc

tions, I was told just do what I was told. I was treated so badly that just before I was to go home I had an anxiety attack, and had to go to the break room and sit down. I cried and cried, and finally when my spouse came to take me home, it took almost an hour to calm me down. I have been on a leave of absence since then, and anytime I think of returning to work, I get palpitations of the heart. Would this treatment qualify for workers compensation?

A: What treatment? I doubt it.
