Q: The judge told me to find a new Medical Malpractice Attorney urgently for an ongoing case. Time is of the essence!
I have an unusual story, Briefly, I have an ongoing medmal case due to a spinal cord injury caused by malpositioned screws, resulting in a devastating injury called Cauda Equina Syndrome. The 2 sides agree more or less, they were malpositioned, causing the injury. But the defense is obviously attempting to minimize the suffering, which is documented. Now it gets interesting. Due to incompetent counsel on my side, the judge has ruled a mediation agreement that was reached in the case a few months ago as invalid. He granted my pro se motion to restore the litigation process prior to the mediation with new counsel. l have a short time to find new counsel so I would be very interested to talk to an attorney who is familiar with Cauda Equina Syndrome and who can take a case which has been shown to have merit, at short notice. Thank you!
