Miami, FL asked in Employment Law for Florida

Q: Is there any legal action I can take?

Is there any legal action I can take? Job told us in meeting that we have to take half our check, and other half goes into company stock. Or we are off til January? Not to mention last check bounced at check cashing store so I can't cash work checks from company there anymore. Checks are given but have to wait to cash, or they tell us money not available at bank. I do not know what to do. I recently cut finger at work and I didn't do work mans comp because he pays me with no taxes out. Im in a real bind now because he is cutting check next week for hours worked and just told us yesterday. Help
