Q: if my sentence day is up can they still hold me on probation
I was sentenced to 3 years of probation in 2012 I went to rehab for my drinking I was returned back to probation after rehab and I failed a drug test and they wanted me to do 52 weeks of counciling it was 50$ a week on top of my fines I could not afford it and I stopped going my sentence was suppose to end july of 2015
A: You violated probation, and could spend an entire 5 years in prison, minus time served, it appears. Get counsel swiftly.
