Q: I am an Ohio Landlord. My Lease Agreement states that the Tenant is responsible for the water/sewer/trash bill in full
The Lease Agreement states the Tenant is to remit payment of the quarterly water/sewer /trash bill in full to the Landlord each quarter. There has been no payment and I am wondering if it is a 3 day notice for nonpayment of the bill.
