Q: I am a legal permanent resident since 2009. In 2004 I was removed for misrepresentation. I received an approved I212
and 601 waiver. I might have to move back to Canada for work. If I move back to Canada will I still need a waiver to re-enter as a non-immigrant?

If you are a legal permanent resident you would not require another 601. You are no longer a "nonimmigrant" because legal permanent residents are considered "Immigrants". All the best.
