Q: My boyfriend is under OSUP and checks in every 6 months.How do we get this fixed? Not sure where to start.
They took his resident alien card away and told him he's not suppose to have it and he needs to quit his job because he is not authorized to work and gave him papers to fill out to so he can work again. Everytime he goes to check in they harass him. Many years ago he had gotten into some trouble and they were going to deport him, but he was granted asylum.
