Miami, FL asked in Divorce for Florida

Q: Does a 15 year old have a say on parent visits in Florida?

Going through divorce with spouse. He left home 5 months ago. While approaching mediation date (Jan 26), he denied hidden funds so subpoena sent and process halted. Now its become antagonistic on his part. After only seeing daughter for dinner 2 or 3 times a month for the last 5 months, he now wants to pick her up for 1 week stay at his parents home where he is staying. Spouses family reason for divorce. Daughter has no relationship with inlaws and doesn't want to be forced to go with father to his parents Says she will leave and come home. Does she have a say on where she stays and when she visits father? She will be 16 in June. He had NEVER made any attempt to see her other than dinner only, Mon-Thurs because he doesn't want to see her on weekends. She has hectic HS schedule. In therapy to help her deal with father. She has asked for weekend dinners and he ignores. I believe this is about child support and control.
