Q: I got my license like 2 months ago I'm 18 & my 1st ticket is reckless driving 84 on a 55 is it a possible chance

For my reckless driving not be on my record since is my first ticket ever & could I get some tips what say in court they stop me at 3am

A: At that speed, it's hard to see it getting wiped completely from your record unless you are found "not guilty" or you hire a traffic attorney who is familiar with the jurisdiction in which you were ticketed. Many traffic attorneys suggest you get your speedometer calibrated by a licensed mechanic - sometimes folks think they're driving slower than they really are. Some jurisdictions allow you to complete traffic school and remain ticket-free for a period of time in exchange for a reduction.

If you don't know already, Reckless Driving is a class 1 misdemeanor in Virginia - the highest level of misdemeanor and, of course, technically a crime. It may be worth your money to hire a traffic attorney. Good luck, and slow down.
