Q: I am looking for help for my husband. We have been married for 13 years
We tried in 2008-2009 to get his visa. And because of a bad lawyer it was not a sucess. He ended up with a ban. Is there anything we can do to get him a status here. We are desperate for this we have 7 kids, he's had his same job for 14 years. We can't live without him here and are in constant fear of something happening. Thank you in advance for any advice it is greatly appreciated.
