Q: can I sue my ex for giving Me an std?
A week after we broke up I tested positive for chlamydia. I asked my ex about it he got defensive and ended up Changing his phone number shortly after.A Month later he shows me his negative test results but the test was taken 3 weeks after I found out. Going back to the day we broke up, for 2 weeks he didn't didn't want to have sex at all. And the day we broke up I noticed He was taking medication but he said it was for muscle pain. The same day I noticed his urain was very dark and his eyes were yellowish. When I confront him with these reason to believe he had it and knew he hed it but didn't mention it to me he denies it he said he gets tested every 3 months but won't let me see any of his past test results, througthroughout the time he was seeing me and still won't let me see what type of medicine he was taking. I have no idea how long I was infected but it the infection did spread and I was told it's very likely I can no longer have kids.
