Q: My neighbor is harassing me and I don't know what my options are. Can you help me?

One day while I was having a home visit with my daughter, which was at 10:30 am, my fiance put my dog outside so he could potty and he barks at people walking on the side walk in front of our house and my neighbor came to our front door and said if we don't do something with our dog that she was going to make him disappear. Most recently my fiance and I accepted an eviction clean out so we had scrap mental in our back yard, this was Saturday, and our neighbor told us that if we don't have it gone by Monday she was going to throw all of it in the trash. My neighbor and I have the same landlord and my neighbor's boyfriend works for our landlords lawn service business. Our landlord is completely fine with the scrap in our part of the yard. If I don't keep my front door locked my neighbor walks into my house. My neighbor also comes to us and tells us we have to clean the yard up because our landlord said so. Now our landlord has our number and doesn't hesitate to contact us directly.

A: Your neighbor is trespassing and also intimidating you. Call the police, file a report, and consider getting a protective order.
