Q: How would I approach an auto accident where the other vehicle is at fault but has no liability insurance in Memphis?
A: Talk to a member of the Tennessee Assn for Justice --they give free consults. Discuss with him if you have uninusured motorist. Run the damage part through your own collision.
A:
If you mean no insurance out of Tenn, doesn't matter where their insurance is from. If you mean no insurance at all, then I would suggest you run the damage to the car through your collision, then see if you have an uninsured motorist claim.
You can also tell the other person you will put a hold on their license if they don't pay. Get a free consult from a member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Assn.
