Q: Husband was charge domestic this is his 2nd with me. This time i had nothing to do with it was just there. Can i drop it

the issue was between him and his friend but because I was there on-site they charged him with a domesticI also was charged with a disorderly because I argued the fact that nothing happened they say they have witnesseswhich the only witnesses there was the friend and his girlfriend so I need to know will I be able to have that dropped

If the charges are against him for assault on his girlfriend, you are not part of that case. If your case has not been disposed where he was charged for domestic assault against you, you may speak with your attorney or the domestic violence victim's advocate. The court is generally very careful about simply "dropping" charges as often the accused abusers are the ones behind this request in furtherance of domain and control. Further, multiple charges of domestic assault do not reflect well on the defendant.
