Q: Drove in to diller, after $6,000.00 repair it won't start, diller ask for more $ to continue diagnostics
Drove in on freightliner semi, with electrical problem, after 2 hours of diagnostics they informed me i it is an electrical problem and they need 3 more hours to continue testing in 3 days they informed me that at this point it won't start, (though, I drove it in, and they're tech started it on their parking lot and drove in to the repair bay) and the problem is shift controller on transmission, estimated almost $6,000.00 of work and parts. 4 days later, replaced the part, truck still doesn't start, explaining as part of a problem, and ask for autorization for additional 3 hours of work, the question is: are there any ligal action I can take again the diller, can I request them to return my truck ether at conditions I got it in "drivable", at no charge or at least drivable after paying the repair cost that was authorised so far, or I'm scruit, and have to pay the bill and tow out my truck??
