A: Much depends on the injury and circumstances, but if he came out of it with the injury not being made worse, the amount you would get would not be worth an attorney taking it.In other words, you only collect based on the damage that did happen, not what could have happened.I realize in these circumstances that is highly unsatisfactory, but it is the way it is.
