Q: If my 16 yrold had alarge wooden prop fall on top of her head causing a concussion while at school three months ago.

Headaches continue and gradually pains through out her body from impact I assume. She has doctor appointments and with neurologist is next appointment. She's all A' student until this happened. She's turned all dr.notes in also.then when last report card came they changed her grades to all 59 F for attendance.they have lost dr.notes.they are aware cause a accident report was done by the school after I asked why they haven't done one when it happened.now Im waiting on all her records so her grades will be changed back to her original grades she's very upset if effects college

A: Suggest ou speak with a member of the Florida Trial Lawyers Assn about the injury--they give free consultations. As far as the grades,absences, that's very much a matter of local law and you would want to check with a law center in Florida that deals with those issues.
