Pahrump, NV asked in Car Accidents for Nevada

Q: I am not injured from my car accident, the other party is at fault. They have no insurance, I only had liability.

A dirtbiker passed illegally on the highway attempting to race his friends when he came into my lane and totaled my car, he of course was injured but I was not. I only have liability on that vehicle and he had no insurance. I don't know what to do now, I've been shot down by lawyers for not being injured.

A: Well, you get an estimate of cost of fixing your car (to show it's totalled, offer the biker the option to take the car by paying it's total loss value, scrap it, tell biker if he doesn't pay or turn over valid insurance you will ask to have his license suspended, then file with the DMV to hike his license (letting the police that responded know that he has not produced valid insurance nor taked care of property damage.
