If it was barely over the 20mph criminal threshold then the prosecutor may agree to offer a civil speeding plea or the judge may allow you to take defensive driving school. If it is in a school zone, other erratic driving observed, etc. then maybe not. The fact that you have no criminal history is good especially if you also have an otherwise clean driving record.
