Q: I told a lottery agent that he owed me a dollar, he told me that he was not going to service me. Can I sue?
Got off of work played quick draw with other customers, the worker was telling the group that he knew where the next bomb was going to be, I told him that if he that, he should know that he still owed me a dollar. No screaming or arguing was involved, he said "since I owe you a dollar I am not going to put in your numbers, you can go tell my boss if you want to". Everyone told him that he was wrong and he could not refuse to service me because I simply told him that he still owed me a dollar. I got the stores information, I am very upset and its the principle I felt that I was discriminated against.
