He had me come to his work. He jumped through window to hit me. I pushed him out an drove away. He calls the post office police an tells them I did a ton of stuff I didn't. I had a carrying permit that my ex an I went an got together before this. So, he told them I pulled a gun on him. When I talk to the post office police officer. I asked for video to prove my case. He said the video was not on that day. I wasn't charged. Butt the family court used this to take my kids an home an rights from me. I didn't have lawyer. An still don't. When I put my order in against him. It was lost bye the courts. I still had to represent myself. My case got push trail. A: I'm not entirely sure I understand your question. However, it would not hurt to call a lawyer for a free consultation. Most of us offer free consultations and the purpose of the consultation is to determine what could be done by the lawyer to remedy your situation. I would be less worried about the order of protection (they're handed out like candy) and more worried about the situation with the children. If your ex's accusations were false, then an attorney can (at the very least) petition the court to have the matter reconsidered. Then, if the judge allows a hearing on the matter, an attorney can present your side of the story.
