Buena Park, CA asked in Landlord - Tenant for California

Q: Living in the 3 unit apt for 5 years, finally moving out. For 5 yrs my family experiencing cockroaches living inside.

The apt. Reported to landlord and ignored. Submitted my 30 day notice and started showing the unit with agreement of 1 prospect tenant at a time. Landlord brought 20 prospect tenant in 1 day and another 10 the next week after. When my neighbor left landlord did not do anything like this only to us. I requested for 1 week extension due to seller's slowlyness to close escrow, lordlord saying he will loose 2 days because of my date change. He had me pay 1 day for sharing the emptiness of the unit. Landlord is the owner of the 3 units. Never complain thinking he might evict my family. Yelled at me once cuz he thought my check was bounced and asked apology after. We paid rent on time by the way, he was so disrespectful to my family evidence yes do via text. He never respect our privacy after I submitted my 30 days. Calling me during work day saying dont be surprised if I brought 20 people. I have young 2 children. I felt we are being harrased. Do I have a case to file a complaint to Housing
