Q: I rented a apartment directly from the owner,I was later hired to do a huge landscape project on another property(it

Took over a year)I received the credit for first half of job,upon completion of the job,I was told no more credit and that I now have to deal with her management company, then I was given a 3 day notice with a balance,pressured into making payments, management company did not care about my invoices,I have a copy of their ledger showing a history of credits, my copies of the invoices, and photos of job through completion,I am now looking at eviction,what can I do
