Q: I was charged with a DUI while I was parked. How is that even possible?

A: They probably asked you where you'd been and unless you drank your alcohol on the spot, you had been driving while intoxicated. Bigger point is it's serious, talk to a lawyer who handles dui cases. Not a diy thing.

A: A DUI can be proved through circumstantial evidence. "You had to get there somehow", is the theory of the case. Do not try to defend this case on your own. The prosecutor would not have charged it if he didn't think he could prove it.
