If I get my license and Interlock for my car before court date in October is there a chance charges will be dropped?
A: Unfortunately, getting a license after-the-fact will not impact the violation. Even if you received your license without restriction the next day, the revocation violation occurred when you did not have a license. From a legal perspective, you should not have been driving until you reapplied and received a new license.
