My friend and I were sent to the hospital. I had a laceration near my eye and hurt my leg. Can I file a claim against the driver who hit my friends car.

You need to follow up and you can use the car medical benefits and go off base if you wish (and if you won't get too much heat for that.)You definitely want to follow up because you don't want the leg to cause a service issue and then all types of fallout and Corps blames driver, driver blames Corps, a cluster ----.
