Q: My vehicle insurance adjuster comes to conculsion that they will claim 70% fault, and I disagree , should claim 0 fault
Was at stop light with several vehicles ahead of me. I was rear ended hard, pushing me into back of another vehicle. Lady in front said she felt 2 jolts. So conclusion, I hit first, which I did not. When hit & pushed into car in front of me, my vehicle was immediately jerking and I turned key off. I couldn't reach clutch and break. The person behind me should be 100% fault for all 3 vehicles. Insurance saw pics, which I sent. To me they didn't make me look at fault at all.. yet, my insurance says I'm 70% responsible. Final verdict wrong. I disagree with my own insurance. What do I do. ?
A: You can talk to a company supervisor. Make a claim for the damage with the car that hit you. Your company owes a duty to hold your interests paramount. Suggest you contact a member of the Indiana Trial Laweyrs Assn--they give free consults.
