Q: can a doctor without diagnosis from patient

doctor knew i have IVC trombosis for 3 years and didnt tell me

A: It's not something you can sue them for. It's a better practice to let you know--and they may have told you but without using the medical terms. If they gave you appropriate treatment you should be no worse off/ First, get whatever treatment you need. Don't badmouth the doctor or sound critical-=-that makes other docs think you are "hunting for a case" and they won't want to be involved=no medical care for you--which isn't what you want. Based on what they do and tell you, if you have further concerns consult a member of CAOC who handles medical cases--they give free consultations.

(there are statute of limitations issues so if you just found out but also found out the treatment you got wasn't appropriate and that affected your outcome call the CAOC member as soon as possible--but my other adivice still stands.
