Q: Niece and friend was in a wreck and both fell asleep. Friend was thrown out due to not having seat belt on. What to do?
Niece was arrested for serious injury by vehicle. What do we do?
A:
Niece needs to deal with the insurance she has/insurance on the car she was in. She needs to not give statments. As to her insurance they will want a statement but she has to make it clear she needs to talk to her lawyer first as she faces charges.
She needs to get an attorney who handles seriouis traffic cases in the county where she is charged.
The friend needs to talk to an injury attorney that handles crashworthiness cases. If she needs a name let me know.
