Q: oregon - just found in contempt this year..how can i reverse judge's decision without filing an appeal..no money.
decree had typo or evil X snuck in he gets 2015 exemptions for kids but i took 2015 exemptions on my taxes since i had kids entire year and the federal irs law said i could and IRS was never going to allow X to take it since he didn't have kids in 2015..so X filed contempt and stupid judge found me in contempt. can't believe it. if i didn't take exemptions 2015 and X can't per IRS so it goes unused? Judge is stupid. My lawyer gave her the Tax booklet as proof. The judge is "crooked"..throwing her power around for no good reason. I even told the Judge that found me in contempt that i told X and his lawyer not to send the decree in last year with the 2015 typo and it should be 2016 since he got kids this year and they sent decree in and prior judge signed it making decree official. I hate the legal system. It's unfair.
