Q: I have a licensing agreement allowing me the use of an image on a book. I'm not using it Do I still need to pay the fee?
The agreement is for 3 different editions - hardcover, softcover and ebook. Each edition has its own set fee, plus royalty. The image was used and fee paid on the hardcover and continue to pay the agreed royalties. The ebook is not being created and the cover image for the softcover has been changed (not using the original image)
A: If you do not want the license you do not need to pay the fee.
