Q: Ok this man hit and killed my baby brother april112015 ok he was high on drugs when he has t my brother's truck ok he's

Been to trial and the jury found him guilty of dui but not guilty of killing my bro. And guilty of poss.of controlled substance ok him father in owned the truck he was driving that killed my brother and after the accident the owner did a bill of sale and got not insured in daughters name ok father in law is insurance agent and stock brokerok now I have suit on him and his 6 buss. Ok now insurance company wants me to take the just 25000.00 limits and liabilities and drop my case and I can't come back andfile suit wrongful death but I know I have a case and my attorney died what should I do let them send money back and stand to my guns

A: Get the advice of another attorney. You /the attorney need to find out if there was excess or "umbrella " coverage. Did your brother have insurance on his vehicle? Was there underinsured coverage?
