Q: Can my ex wife get into trouble if she is letting me see and take the kids. When my rights have been terminated

I've been found unfit and legal rights terminated in 2010. We just went back to court and judge order me no rights and no visitation. Can she be in trouble for letting me take them for weekend visits

A: Yes, she could get into trouble. The court could determine that she used poor judgment and put the kids at risk.
