Q: Marriage was in Mexico want a quick divorce .
Hello , me and my wife got married in Mexico , she is U.S citizen , i have 10 years green card , we both want to file a divorce quick as possible, she want to remary the guy i catch him and her cheating on me , to get a new life ,
1- can i file divorce in KY , so i can remary again here in the U.S if i want to or if i got married in Mexico and get my future wife here ,
2- can i divorce my wife in Mexico where i can do it here and still can go back to live in the U.S and then get reunions with future wife or fiancee?
3- Will this be legal divorce to divorce in Mexico and turn the papers to U.S COURT.
Note. .. I staying few weeks in Mexico for vacation.
Whichever comes first i need a help.
