Q: I need to get a loan on my already paid for house how would I go about doing that?
Me and my sister share a house but she is done with it she wants to sell the house and run I want to keep the house I have no credit and no income other then two roommates that I have lined up who will pay 500 a month each my sister wants half of what the house is worth and bills here are only 400 a month
A: This isn't really a legal question but more of a finance one. You could take out a home equity loan to pay your sister. Probably hard, however, if you don't have an income. With that said, here is a list of lenders near Debary, Florida: http://www.erate.com/florida/de_bary_refinance_mortgage_de_bary_city_info.htm
