Cape Coral, FL asked in Family Law and Immigration Law for Florida

Q: I found out today that my father is not biologically my father? Will my case be denied?

Hello. I completed DNA for myself, sister, and father and the result was far from what i expected. My father is not biologically related to me. I am in the process of getting my sister in by using the Haitian reunification program. My father has his green card which he obtained from my filling. They did find that me and my sister are related. With my father having the green card and not being biologically related, could uscis revoke his green card? While me and my sister are related, would that application be denied? Should we hire a lawyer? We live in Florida. Thank you so much in advance.

A: You need to speak with an attorney who specializes in immigration.
